- Have full support for ongoing training and development.
- Attend practice group training sessions.
- Learn about library and information systems, research skills, document drafting, technical skills as well as client relationship and effective communication strategies.
- Attend formal appraisal sessions in the middle and at the end of the programme to monitor your development.
