Congratulations to the 2013 INFINZ Award Winners
Russell McVeagh would like to congratulate all the winners at this year's INFINZ Industry Awards.
The awards, announced this week, are run by the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand Inc. They are designed to recognise excellence in New Zealand capital markets and to raise standards in the marketplace.
Russell McVeagh is proud to have acted as a legal advisor on three of the winning transactions - the Fonterra Shareholders' Fund IPO (PwC Equity Issue of the Year), the Telecom Demerger (Chapman Tripp M&A Transaction of the Year) and the NZ Local Government Funding Agency Inaugural $300m Bond Issue (Trustees Executors Debt Issue of the Year).
