All the Partners at Russell McVeagh are the leading legal practitioners in New Zealand in their respective fields, and the opportunity to work alongside and learn from them is an opportunity that any ambitious law student would not wish to bypass.

We operate small, Partner-led teams within specialty practice groups. Teams typically comprise a Partner, five solicitors of varying experience, two or three law graduates and, over summer, two or three summer clerks. Supporting each team are legal secretaries. Graduates and summer clerks gain exposure to Partners right from the start, and Partners maintain oversight throughout your career.
