We are very proud of our summer clerk programme. From day one, you will:
- Have your interests and personality carefully matched to a Partner-led team.
- Work alongside the best lawyers in the business in both your team and in the wider practice groups.
- Gain hands-on work experience with "real" work.
- Participate in our bipartite system, working closely with two practice groups, gaining in depth knowledge in both practices.
- Participate in a comprehensive induction programme including our Taupo orientation programme.
- Be allocated a buddy to ease your transition into the firm.
- Have your wellbeing closely monitored by our Graduate Recruitment Team, led by Jan Blair.
- Enjoy an active social and sporting life, as well as being encouraged to have a life outside of work!
