Your Development
We take your career development seriously. You will:
- Have full support for ongoing training and development.
- Attend practice group training sessions.
- Participate in comprehensive training in every legal domain.
- Learn about library and information systems, research skills, document drafting, technical skills as well as client relationship and effective communication strategies.
- Attend formal appraisal sessions in May and September to monitor your development, as well as receiving informal feedback throughout the year.
