Graduates
After joining the firm (most graduates join in February), you can expect the comprehensive induction programme experienced by our summer clerks to continue. Consistent with the summer clerk programme, you will:
- Have your interests and personality carefully matched to the right Partner-led team for you.
- Work alongside the best lawyers in the business in both your team and in the wider practice groups.
- Gain hands-on work experience with "real" work.
- Advance within the firm based on merit, not years of experience. We offer a comprehensive and meaningful Senior Solicitor and Associate programme.
- Formally belong to two practice groups (if you choose) as part of the bipartite system.
- Be allocated a buddy to ease your transition into the firm.
- Have your wellbeing closely monitored by our Graduate Recruitment Team, led by Jan Blair.
- Enjoy an active social and sporting life, as well as being encouraged to have a life outside of work!
- Have fun.
