The Training and Development team is committed to providing all Partners and staff at Russell McVeagh with the learning opportunities they need to realise their fullest potential with the firm.
We encourage all staff to take advantage of as many training opportunities as possible. The firm's success depends on the relevance of the skills and knowledge of its Partners and staff in the ever-changing commercial environment we operate in.
As part of the professional development programme , we offer internal and external training courses as well as opportunities to attend seminars and conferences.
The firm also has a team of in-house IT Trainers who offer ongoing technical training on all aspects of Russell McVeagh's computer system and applications.
We provide assistance with the requalification process for those overseas hires who are not yet admitted to practise in New Zealand.
