We are always looking for talented legal support staff to join our team including:
Legal Secretaries
Work alongside the best legal minds in the business. The legal secretarial role is a key one, supporting a team of lawyers in a variety of tasks. Our secretaries enjoy working in a professional and supportive environment, with access to fantastic resources and training.
IT staff
Being at the cutting edge of technology is crucial to us. We have a dedicated IT team of around 30 staff across Auckland and Wellington. The team is always working on innovative and exciting projects and has excellent resources available to them to achieve their goals.
Librarians
Work in one of the best legal libraries in the country. We have outstanding library facilities in both our Auckland and Wellington offices. The lawyers rely heavily on the support and research skills of our highly skilled library team.
Service Clerks/Co-ordinators
The Services team is the "engine room" of the firm supporting our lawyers and legal secretaries in a variety of administrative tasks (including mail, couriers, copying and countless other services). This is a fast paced, close knit team. Working in the Services team offers an excellent insight into working in a corporate environment.
Finance staff
Our finance team provides a full accounts service (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, time sheet management and trust accounting to name but a few of the services provided) to the firm. The finance team is a critical part of the firm and an extremely professional but friendly team.
Litigation Support staff
We are always representing clients in extremely important and large litigation and due diligence tasks - requiring expertise in document management. As a result, we have an established Litigation Support team in our Auckland and Wellington offices. The team includes data entry staff as well as document management and discovery specialists.
