We also act for clients in relation to employee entitlements/closing schemes.

We have also advised a number of local and international institutions on the structuring of KiwiSaver products. With legislative and regulatory change a constant in this area, we can assist clients to get onto the front foot with our unique public law team, which has worked closely with our tax team to achieve significant outcomes for clients.
