• Litigation - in relation to disputes over cargo loss, damage or delay, collision, salvage and all aspects of admiralty practice and procedure. 
• Corporate Advisory - concerning ship sales, purchases, contraction, finance, joint venturing, chartering, freight contracts and all other aspects of ship management and operation. 
• Environmental - in respect of marine pollution, especially oil spill related, dumping and discharge of ballast water. 
• Contracts - advising on risk and liabilities in relation to maritime activities, particularly advice to port companies.

Our shipping clients include ship owners, charterers and associated operations, port companies and freight forwarders. The firm also has a specialist insurance practice to advise and act on all marine insurance related issues.
