• Advising on corporate financing issues, including transaction structuring, security packages and inter-creditor arrangements. 
• Structuring and documenting senior, mezzanine and development capital financing for lenders and borrowers.

Fund Structuring

• Fund structuring for wholesale and retail funds (including negotiating investment terms for cornerstone fund investors, and 'carry' for fund executives), expertise in use of limited partnerships and advising on capital raisings and securities offerings.
