• Perpetual Trust Limited, as trustee for the stockholders of OPI Pacific, in connection with a moratorium and standstill; as trustee for the Hanover subordinated noteholders and United debentureholders; and in relation to the receivership of Cadmus Investments.
• Credit Suisse in connection with its promotion of the listing of Feltex Limited (in receivership).
• KordaMentha on the Braemar Lodge, Denerau and aspects of the Cedenco receiverships.
• New Zealand Guardian Trust as securitisation trustee in connection with the receivership of the originator, servicer and manager of the trusts - Propertyfinance Securities Limited.
