Prue's experience in corporate finance includes acting for both borrowers and lenders on a secured and unsecured basis. Prue's capital markets experience (both domestic and international) involves acting for both issuers and arrangers in a wide range of commercial paper programmes, MTNs, subordinated debt and capital note issues, and her considerable structured finance practice includes acting on cross border repos, asset backed finance transactions and securitisations.

Prue also advises on financial sector regulatory issues, insolvency and workouts.
