Mei Fern is an Associate in the Corporate Advisory Group. Her practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial advisory work (including on procurement and tender projects). more
She is also a member of the firm's information technology specialty team and advises on insurance regulatory matters and matters relating to construction contracts. She acts for both private and public sector entities.
