His development expertise includes retail shopping centre development and leasing, hotel developments and management contracts and office tower developments and commercial leasing. Greg's practice includes representing both listed and wholesale property funds investing directly and indirectly in real estate and advising on property joint ventures. Greg has been a partner with the firm since 1988. Greg combines a busy practice with his role as board member for a number of property related and other entities, including a charitable foundation.

• Acting for Multiplex Funds Management (an Australian based ASX Listed stapled security fund) on its entry into New Zealand and its acquisition of circa $1 billion of property assets since 2003.
• Acting for AMP Diversified Property Fund on its establishment in New Zealand and its acquisition of circa $600 million of retail assets in joint venture with AMP New Zealand.
• Acting for Westfield Property Group property and development transactions in New Zealand including acquisition and expansion of shopping centres valued at circa $2 billion.
• Acting for the developer of a $750 million hotel and tourist complex at Kawerau Falls Station Queenstown.
