Fred is an extremely experienced and highly regarded tax specialist who leads the firm's tax team. He is an expert in all tax matters, but his practice has a particular focus on corporate finance work, mergers and acquisitions and structured investment products.
Fred has been a partner with Russell McVeagh since 1995.
Transaction Experience
- Advising on structured financing and cross-border financing structures.
- Advising on income tax and GST implications of financing and property transactions.
- Advising in relation to managed funds, financial products and tax effective structures.
- Dealing with the Inland Revenue Department at all levels of the investigation process, including negotiating settlements.
