Caroline was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2000 and practised as a barrister until 2008 at leading commercial chambers in London, principally in insurance/reinsurance, shipping, professional negligence, international trade, arbitration and energy law. She joined Russell McVeagh in 2008, specialising in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on contractual disputes. more
Since moving to New Zealand, Caroline has acted for a number of New Zealand's largest companies in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and arbitration including in relation to insurance, banking, receivership, property developments, energy, telecommunications, information technology and Securities Act disputes.
