He specialises in project development (including hotel, serviced apartment and shopping centre development), construction contract and major commercial property leasing transactions. He is also very experienced in work relating to subdivisions. He has a particular interest in transactions involving private equity.

• Acting for Auckland International Airport on a broad range of general property and property management related matters including leasing negotiations, document preparation and land title issues. 
• Acting for Ports of Auckland with respect to its property matters including land dispositions, leasing, subdivision and title restructuring. 
• Acting for Progressive Enterprises on its supermarket developments including acquisitions of land and all related property and leasing issues and general property management advice. 
• Advising Foodland Associated Ltd on the property due diligence and leasing aspects of its acquisition of the Woolworths supermarket chain. 
• Advising Perron Developments on a number of major projects including the Sofitel Hotel in Queenstown. 
• Advising Carter Holt Harvey in relation to the tender process and negotiated construction documents and equipment supply contracts for a number of major plant developments. 
• Acting for Multiplex Constructions (NZ) Ltd since 1998 on a broad range of New Zealand construction projects.
